The Government's announced new methane targets for 2050 - giving farmers and exporters a clear emissions goal.
The target range will be 14-24% rathern than the 24-47% range set in 2017, following an independent review.
There will be another review of the target in 2040, to ensure its aligns with science and key trading partners.
As part of this announcement, there'll be no tax on agricultural methane emissions, a potential split gas target for all future climate change commitments, and better alignment with the Paris Agreement.
To top that off, they're investing into developing and rolling-out up to 11 methane-cutting tools by 2030.
