ChermoulaÌý

2 shallots or 1 onion, peeled and dicedÌýÌý

8 cloves garlic, peeled and crushedÌýÌý

1 small knob ginger, peeledÌýÌý

2 tbsp curry powderÌýÌý

1 tbsp ground cuminÌýÌý

1 tsp paprikaÌýÌý

1 cup freshÌýcorianderÌýleavesÌýÌý

1 cup parsley leavesÌýÌý

1/2 cup mint leavesÌýÌý

juice of 1 lemonÌýÌý

2 tbsp olive oilÌýÌý

1 tbsp flaky saltÌý

Either smash all the ingredients of the chermoula together to combine or place all the ingredients into a kitchen blender and blitz until well combined.ÌýÌý

Place the chermoula into a jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to a month.Ìý
