Take Notice 鈥 get together a bunch of people at work for daily or weekly mindfulness or yoga sessions 鈥 if you鈥檙e lucky, work might pay for them.听
Give 鈥 give time, or money or resources 鈥攇ood example is volunteering: sports coach, church youth group, charity shop, meals on wheels鈥 lots of evidence to show this not only helps the community but also is good for personal wellbeing.听
Be Active 鈥 schedule in some activity every day 鈥攎ake it like any other meeting in your diary鈥 just do it 鈥 might be something you could do with others at work as having a buddy helps with accountability and makes you stick at it.听
Connect 鈥 really important in this age of hybrid working 鈥攙irtual connection is good, but nothing beats face to face鈥 is there a way to encourage everyone to be in the office on certain days and then when they are there making connecting with each other a top priority.听
Keep Learning 鈥 keep going from te wiki o te reo M膩ori 鈥攐r learn a new skill at work鈥 do some professional development.听
