Australian woman Erin Patterson will appear in court today after allegedly cooking and serving a lunch that killed three. 听
She faces three murder charges and five attempted murder charges.听
Her former in-laws Gail and Don Patterson as well as Gail's sister Heather died from suspected toxic mushroom poisoning in July, and Gail's husband Ian was hospitalised. 听
Three other charges relate to incidents in 2021 and 2022, when police allege that a 48-year-old man became ill after meals. 听
Herald Sun Reporter, Athos Sirianos, told Mike Hosking that her first hearing is this morning, in which they鈥檒l bring out the charges and plan her journey though court.听
He said they鈥檙e strapping themselves in for a lengthy one.听
