Rotorua's Mayor, Tania Taspell, says a new water plan in the city addresses past wrongs.
The plan will see Karam奴 T膩kina Springs co-managed by Ng膩ti Kearoa-Ng膩ti Tuara and Rotorua Lakes Council and land nearby will be returned to Iwi.
The springs provide 60 percent of Rotorua's drinking water.
