The Marlborough District Council is asking residents to get involved in its 10-year plan discussion.
The council will send out flyers over the weekend to inform the public on proposed major projects, as well as a rates rise of just over three percent in the first year.
Mayor Alistair Sowman says the council wants to work on more effective and efficient consultation with residents.
