Team New Zealand feels like the rug has been pulled out from under it.
A majority of America's Cup teams say they want all racing in 2017 to take place in one venue, that being Bermuda, which would scrap plans for the qualifying event to be held in Auckland.
Teams have also voted to race smaller boats.
Team New Zealand CEO Grant Dalton says the goal posts have been shifted.

Grant Dalton maintains Team New Zealand is still fighting for Auckland to host the qualifying event at the start of 2017.
