A two-vehicle crash in Matamata has left one person seriously injured.
The accident on Puketutu Rd, between Matai and Buckland Rds, was reported to police at about 12.15pm today.
Puketutu Rd is closed while emergency services work at the scene, police said.

Police advised motorists to use alternative routes and check the NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) journey planner.
