A person has been spotted riding an electric scooter on the Northern Motorway heading toward the Auckland Harbour Bridge.
Police said they have received one report in relation to the rider and have dispatched one unit this afternoon.
Police said the person is not currently on the Auckland Harbour Bridge.
The rider is believed to have been on a hired Lime scooter.
Earlier this year, another e-scooter was spotted on Auckland鈥檚 Southern Motorway.
The rider was slowly travelling only metres from high-speed traffic and held up motorists behind them as they entered the motorway at the Gillies Ave on-ramp in February.

The Herald understood the rider exited at Khyber Pass Rd and continued on to Newton Rd.
