Hell's Pizza is the latest fast food outlet to guarantee fixed hours for staff.
It comes as Restaurant Brands, which owns KFC, Pizza Hutt, Carl's Junior and Starbucks promised to do away with zero hours contracts.
Hell's Pizza general manager Ben Cumming says its 65 franchisees have acted in good faith for employees, but it's decided to guarantee staff fixed weekly hours.
Mr Cumming says new employment contracts will be drawn up from June.
