Police said about 2.30pm on Saturday two teenagers riding their e-bikes along Lake Rd in Belmont were confronted by a man and a woman who pulled up next to them in a vehicle.

Waitemat膩 East area investigations manager, Detective Senior Sergeant Mike Williams, said the male passenger allegedly demanded the bike and presented a knife towards the young victims.
