The woman caught having an alleged affair with her boss after the pair were caught on the kiss cam at a Coldplay concert has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband.
Kristin Cabot, the former HR executive of New York-based company Astronomer, was caught cuddling chief executive Andy Byron at a Coldplay concert in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on July 16.
The pair quickly ducked out of sight when they appeared on the jumbotron, with Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin quipping: 鈥淓ither they鈥檙e having an affair or they鈥檙e just very shy.鈥
On August 13, Kristin filed to separate from her husband Andrew Cabot at a courthouse in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, according to the Daily Mail.
Andrew鈥檚 second wife, Julia, reportedly messaged him after the kiss cam video went viral, the outlet claimed, and he confirmed the separation was taking place.
鈥淚 texted Andrew right after [the kiss cam scandal] happened, and he said: 鈥楬er life is nothing to do with me,鈥 and said they were separating,鈥 Julia told the Daily Mail.

The outlet alleged Julia found her ex-husband to be 鈥渘ot a nice person鈥, and said she believed that aside from embarrassment, his feelings were likely unaffected by the situation.
Neither Astronomer鈥檚 ex-chief executive Andy Byron or Kristin have chosen to speak publicly about the scandal.
Byron resigned from Astronomer on July 20, the company revealed on LinkedIn, just days after the kiss cam video went viral.
In the meantime, Pete DeJoy - Astronomer鈥檚 co-founder and chief product officer - has been appointed as the company鈥檚 interim chief executive.
Kristin also resigned from her position as HR chief in the days following Byron鈥檚 resignation.
Astronomer made headlines again on July 25 when it hired Martin鈥檚 ex Gwyneth Paltrow to act as a 鈥渢emporary spokesperson鈥 for the brand.
鈥淎stronomer has gotten a lot of questions over the last few days, and they wanted me to answer the most common ones,鈥 Paltrow said in a video posted to the company鈥檚 social media.
鈥淲e鈥檝e been thrilled so many people have a newfound interest in data workflow automation.鈥
The move was praised by PR professionals as a smart and effective shot at smoothing over the scandal.
鈥淚t鈥檚 a really clever video,鈥 Jordan Greenaway, PR firm Profile鈥檚 chief executive, told BBC.
鈥淩ather than sidestepping things, they鈥檙e jumping in with both feet. That鈥檚 often a good strategy when a crisis is so big and well-known that you cannot easily duck it.鈥
