Auckland house prices have continued to rise from October to November according to Barfoot and Thompson sales figures.
The average selling price has reached a new high of $756,909 - an increase of almost $20,000 on October.
Two hundred and 25 homes in Auckland sold for over $1 million - just the second time the agency has sold over 200 homes for more than a million.
